About Me

Kaitlyn Schneider · June 30, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Rae. I’m a wife and mama. I’ve been on the search for who I am,  what I’m about, and where I belong for all of my life. I’m hoping to document my journey here.

I’ve been married to Phil for 19 years, Mama to Emma for 16 years, Nora for 8.5, our baby Jonah(passed at 16 weeks, delivered at 19 in 2020), and another angel baby in 2024. My husband, Phil is a teacher, pastor, and writer. I am a stay at home mama and have a small business, K.Rae Goods, where I crochet and make caramels.

Life has thrown me numerous curve balls through my adulthood, and by the grace of God, I’ve made it so far. Of course, in recent months, I’ve realized it’s not about arriving anywhere in particular but in how you take each step forward or even backwards momentarily. It’s about having grace with yourself and others when you inevitably, have to take a step back or pause, and also having grace in having to sometimes trudge forward under circumstances thrust upon you.

Life is a spectacular miracle. I want to live it to the full!

If you happen to stumble upon my writings, please leave a comment or message me!
